Loved by all dry mix which can be used as an accompaniment with variety of dishes. This mix can be stored for at least 15 days. So here we go.
- Grated coconut-4 cups
- Garlic paste-1/4 cup
- Red chilli powder-1/2 cup
- Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
- Oil- 1 tbl spoon
Take a deep broad bowl. Add the grated coconut, garlic paste and red chilli powder. Mix well.
Heat oil in a deep vessel. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil.
Add the coconut mix and lower the flame. Fry this mixture in a low flame taking care that the coconut should not brown or burn. Remove from flame and add salt. Mix well.
Store in a tight jar once cool.
