Mash the tamarind pulp well in the water and then strain to get the extract. Mix all the remaining ingredients and mix well. The chutney is ready to serve.

  • Water 50 gms
  • Jaggery 1 medium size
  • Chopped Onions 4-5 flakes
  • Green Chilies 1 small piece
  • Chat Masala 4-5
  • Salt 2

Method

Step 1
