For puris: make a tight dough adding salt, oil and water. Make medium sized puris.

Ingredients

  • Boiled mashed aloo 2 cups
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Garlic finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Chat masala a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera , garlic and chopped onion. puri1

Step 2

When the onion is soft and changes the colour add dry masala except the chaat masala and mashed aloo.

Step 3

Mix well till the moisture dries.

Step 4

Finally add the chat masala and chopped coriander leaves. Remove from gas and keep aside to cool. puri3 puri4

Step 5

Squeeze half of lemon juice.
